Job summary

The Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) of SWDA supports CET providers and enterprises in skills development and oversees course processing and CSP accounts. The role focuses on administrative and operational support, data collation, and backend coordination to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Candidate will join a fast-paced team, handling document management, scheduling, and communications with partners. 1–3 years in data-centric environments and strong written communication are ideal.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a data-centricoperating environment and/or programme review.
• Resilient, resourceful, and adaptable team player with agile learning abilities.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills,including the ability to derive insights from data to address issues.
• Performance-driven, outcome-oriented, methodical,process-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet projectdeadlines.
• Proficient in collating, managing, analysing, andpresenting data.
• Excellent writing, communication, and digital literacyskills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Account Managers on administrative and operational matters.
• Coordinates internal and external communications related to programme operations.
• Maintains administrative records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Provides logistical and scheduling support for meetings and briefings.
• Supports selected course processing activities through data collation and backend coordination.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate processing workflows.
• Provides surge administrative support during peak processing periods
