The role requires an organized, resourceful individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor processes, prepare reports, manage inventory and procurement, track KPIs, and assist with project coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration or customer service.
• Fresh graduates welcome with willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement activities as required.
• Handle administrative duties, scheduling, and operational support functions.
• Track KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
• Be key person in implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
• Address operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Attend to site issues or cover site visits if needed.
