The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Operations Command Center, Strategic Operations & Contracts. You will lead the development and review of operational policies, oversee contract lifecycle, and provide strategic guidance across divisions to ensure alignment with transportation objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• Proven experience in operations management, policy development or analytical roles.
• Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage complex projects, analyse data effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within a Command Center or similar operational environment is a plus.
• Experience in contracts management, procurement processes, or vendor relationship management is preferred.
• Knowledge of contract law, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and review of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, optimise performance and inform operational strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams to ensure alignment with objectives and collaborate with stakeholders for coherence across divisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting trends, cost-benefit analyses and operational challenges for decision-makers.
• Monitor policy implementation and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to align strategies and analyses with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies covering procurement planning, vendor evaluation and contract negotiation support, performance monitoring and renewal strategies.
• Establish governance for contract risk assessment, dispute resolution and stakeholder communication.
