Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director to lead the planning, development, and operations of mission-critical bus information systems. Qualifications

• Knowledge in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of ICT/transport technology experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of system architecture, software delivery, data analytics, cloud technologies, and governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in public transport systems and OT/IT governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of bus information systems for public transport operations.
• Drive digital transformation of bus operations through emerging technologies.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability, scalability, interoperability.
• Oversee vendor, contract, and stakeholder management with operators, integrators, and government agencies.
• Direct cybersecurity governance and compliance for OT and IT systems in bus operations.
• Oversee system operations, incident response, problem management, and business continuity planning.
