Job summary

Google Singapore is hiring for Google Customer Solutions to help small and medium businesses grow with Google Ads. You will manage a new customer portfolio, guide onboarding, and deliver strategic advice to maximize ROI.

You’ll work closely with sales, product, and program teams to ensure seamless transitions and value-driven client outcomes. The role emphasizes consultative selling, regional collaboration, and the ability to engage in English and Vietnamese with clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese to engage with regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers for six months and set them up for long-term digital advertising success.
• Meet customer goals and deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams for seamless handovers.
• Propose performance-enhancing recommendations and promote Google products.
• Provide strategic consultative advice to maximize ROI for advertisers.
