Job summary

Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales professional for Google Customer Solutions to guide SMB advertisers through their digital journey from onboarding to long-term success.

You will manage a new customer portfolio, deliver against goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic, consultative advice and promote Google products across ANZ region. Fluent English and Vietnamese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting, and with managing clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
• Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
• Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
