Singapore Business Federation in Singapore is offering an internship in Strategic Networks and Engagement from Jan to Jun 2027. You will assist in enhancing flagship programmes like the SG-WEN Award and YBLN Mentorship Programme, and support ASEAN-level networks, collaborating with the networks team, entrepreneurs and regional partners.

This role provides hands-on experience in programme development, community engagement and impact measurement, along with designing member journeys and engagement

Formación

• Preferably pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sociology, Public Policy, Events Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong research, writing, project coordination and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business leadership, community building, and the Singapore and ASEAN business ecosystem.
• Ability to develop structured processes, engagement journeys and practical implementation plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva, CRM tools, survey platforms or Power BI would be advantageous.
• Creative and audience-sensitive, with the ability to craft clear, professional and engaging communications.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable coordinating with members, partners, speakers and internal stakeholders.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of five months starting from Jan 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Support the enhancement of strategic programmes and platforms.
• Conduct benchmarking and research to identify best practices, emerging trends and opportunities for programme growth and innovation.
• Contribute to the development of programme concepts, implementation plans, stakeholder engagement approaches and measurement frameworks.
• Support initiatives related to SG-WEN’s ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) Chairmanship and YBLN’s ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council (AYEC) Chairmanship.
• Assist with stakeholder mapping, ecosystem engagement and identifying opportunities for regional collaboration.
• Support the development of a structured engagement strategy across SG-WEN and YBLN.
• Design and refine member journeys, engagement pathways and participation frameworks.
• Develop recommendations to strengthen member acquisition, engagement, retention and leadership participation.
• Support the development of dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure programme performance, member engagement and network impact.
• Analyse participation trends, feedback and outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support content development and marketing efforts for programmes, initiatives and member engagement campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, member communications and stakeholder briefing materials.
