Job summary
ariston services pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive a large-scale migration and system transformation. You will define business requirements, validate migration rules, support SIT/UAT, triage defects, and provide leadership reports to ensure readiness for go-live.
You will work closely with Technology, QA, Product Owners and external vendors, ensuring traceability from requirements to tests and delivering clear status dashboards to leadership.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of BA experience focused on migrations or transformations.
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
- Deep understanding of Insurance processes and data.
- Experience with core platforms like eBaoCloud or InsureMO preferred.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement gathering for migration and system initiatives.
- Define and validate migration rules, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as business SPOC during SIT/UAT, supporting testers and users.
- Participate in defect triage and root-cause analysis.
- Support UAT planning and sign-off coordination.
- Provide daily/weekly status reports and readiness metrics.
- Collaborate with Technology, QA, Product Owners, and vendors.
- Ensure traceability from requirements to tests and defects.
