• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, buying, or retail operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive business strategies to achieve sales, stock, profit and targets while managing day-to-day operations and controlling expenses.
• Manage buying budgets, merchandise mix, assortment and stock levels; forecast fashion and demand trends.
• Establish sourcing and procurement strategies, conduct market research, and negotiate with vendors.
