Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven sales professional to lead revenue growth in Singapore’s medical aesthetics market. You will engage aesthetic doctors and clinics, present technically complex equipment, manage end-to-end deals, and build lasting physician relationships.

Formación

• Proven experience in medical aesthetic laser, energy-based device or medical equipment sales.
• Good understanding of the Singapore medical aesthetics market, with experience engaging aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons or clinic owners.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close capital equipment deals.
• Strong prospecting, business development, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand technical product information and communicate its clinical and commercial value effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical skincare or other healthcare-related sales will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for medical aesthetic laser and energy-based equipment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, doctors and other relevant healthcare providers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiations and closing.
• Understand customers' clinical and business needs and recommend suitable equipment and technology solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features, clinical applications and commercial benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners and key decision-makers.
• Grow existing accounts through equipment upgrades, additional purchases and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, product launches and market development initiatives.
• Represent the business at medical conferences, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing and developments in medical aesthetic technology.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance and after-sales service, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database and sales forecasts, providing regular updates on business performance.
