Job summary

dnata Singapore Pte Ltd invites an accomplished Managing Director to steer the country’s ground handling, cargo and travel services portfolio. You will define and execute a multi‑year business strategy, oversee diverse functions, and drive operational excellence while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the executive team, manage full P&L, build strong industry relationships, and champion a culture of performance, integrity and teamwork across a multicultural workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience leading a business at c‑suite level in logistics, aviation or ground handling.
• Experience leading teams in blue‑collar and multicultural environments.
• Proven experience managing full P&L.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain Airport Pass.

Responsibilities

• Lead the country’s multi‑year business strategy aligned with dnata’s global direction. Oversee integration of Operations, Cargo, Commercial, HR, Finance, Safety to achieve objectives.
• Drive transformation programmes including automation, digitalisation and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all service lines.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with aviation standards and risk controls.
• Take full P&L accountability for the country’s results, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strengthen relationships with airline customers, regulators, authorities and partners.
