Job summary

NVPC, Singapore's national agency for growing volunteerism and philanthropy, seeks a seasoned marketer to lead Company of Good campaigns. Develop integrated marketing strategies, content, and partnerships to inspire corporate participation and advocacy.

You will drive digital campaigns, manage media relations, and optimise performance across channels, while guiding end-to-end content from planning to publication, including video and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content, corporate communications or business writing.
• Content creation and strategy experience.
• Public relations and corporate communications.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner and Ads.
• Experience with managing video production.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in a vernacular language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil).
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing communications strategies to drive awareness, conversion and advocacy for NVPC's Company of Good programme.
• Serve as a business partner to internal units by providing strategic marketing counsel and support for programmes and initiatives to grow corporate volunteerism.
• Engage with corporate profiles and stakeholders for media and marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage content and publicity around Company of Good programmes and events.
• Drive SEO and increase organic traffic to NVPC websites.
• Manage media planning for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with media publishers, content creators and agencies for assets and campaigns.
• Develop video content strategy with internal and external teams.
• Track website traffic and search performance with analytics tools.
• Produce thought leadership content.
