Job summary

Singapore Red Cross Society is seeking a Marketing Executive to work with the HOD and Programme teams to develop end-to-end marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution aligned with our organisational goals.

You will lead campaigns across socials, partners, outreach events, paid ads and publicity; conduct market research; manage partnerships with freelancers/agencies; oversee content for social media, eDMs, website and prints; monitor budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience; senior role possible.
• Strong English communication, with another language a plus.
• Experience in paid digital media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research to identify audiences and channels.
• Manage partnerships and coordinate with freelancers/agencies.
• Plan budget and campaign timelines.
• Track performance and optimise ROI.
• Support marcoms for program teams; oversee content.
