Job summary

Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd. is seeking a Campaign Developer to focus on marketing email and campaign creation, and on24 execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into deliverables and ensure timely project delivery. The role requires hands-on experience with leading marketing automation platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on client service and deployment

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Korean language proficiency; must be able to work in a business context.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, which may include campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and marketing operations.
• High school diploma.
• Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors, e.g., Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys.
• Knowledge of email legal compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
• Client service delivery experience.
• Prioritization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of target audiences through segmentation models.

• Build registration pages via On24 for webinars, collaborating with webinar owners to receive and implement content.
• Attend client webinars in a background support role to enable the sessions.
• Manage client and team expectations throughout delivery; flag risks and issue escalations related to the campaigns.
• Collaborate with platform integrations.
