Job summary

HAVI Freight Management (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Pricing & Costing Analyst to support strategic sourcing decisions. You will manage costing analyses, pricing setup in the pricing system, and ensure positive variances while aligning with customer thresholds.

You will consolidate KPI reporting, perform trend analysis, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and KAM teams to forecast, review pricing movements, and onboard new suppliers for a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or strategic planning roles.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or international trade is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with eye for details and ability to present complex information simply.
• Ability to perform complex costing scenarios and analyses to support decisions.
• Independent, resourceful with high drive to excel.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and act with urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and address operational issues.
• Perform single market and global cost studies with value-added supply chain insight for strategic sourcing analysis.
• Set up costing and pricing in HAVI's pricing system while ensuring positive variance within customer thresholds.
• Analyse and comment on price movement trends and advise on adjustments within thresholds.
• Manage onboarding of new suppliers to ensure a positive experience with HAVI teams.
• Generate KPI reports and perform trend analysis for business review discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align with forecasting, business planning, and sales pipeline development.
• Perform feasibility studies, pricing analysis, and develop business cases to support new initiatives.
• Forecast across all markets and translate forecasts to suppliers for monthly distribution.
• OIR management for EDI invoices across major customers; coordinate contingencies and LTOs until shipments arrive.
