Qualifications

• 10+ years in Procurement/Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in senior Category Management.
• Maritime procurement / fleet-related categories experience.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and segmentation to drive consolidation, leverage and value creation.
• Analyze spent data to identify savings opportunities, efficiency gains, and service/quality improvements.
• Drive strategic sourcing and negotiate strong framework agreements (pricing, credit terms, service levels, rebates/value programs).
• Strengthen contract management and improve compliance/adherence across global procurement activities.
• Build high-trust partnerships with senior leaders across the technical fleet management team and all other relevant departments within the organisation.
• Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure procurement supports broader business priorities.
• Lead procurement reporting initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver procurement reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Lead structured supplier relationship management with key maritime vendors globally.
• Travel frequently to align stakeholders, strengthen supplier partnerships and support business priorities
