Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, or related environment.
• Experience using data to support decision-making and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules that balance customer needs, inventory targets, capacity, and priorities.
• Monitor production performance and proactively identify risks to supply, delivery, or efficiency.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and keep plans on track.
• Analyze data, trends and constraints to make informed planning decisions and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, reduce waste, and optimize production flow.
• Manage inventory levels and support capacity planning to ensure efficient operations, while minimizing EO levels and executable actions.
• Maintain planning master data, including BOMs, routings, and planning parameters.
• Communicate priorities, risks and opportunities clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Help create a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence.
