Job summary

ScaleUp.SG is seeking a senior deal leader to own strategic M&A and corporate development workstreams for its restructuring and proposed IPO. The role involves identifying, structuring, negotiating, and integrating strategic inorganic targets, building investor-grade financial models, and driving regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of transaction & M&A leadership experience.
• Capital markets & IPO readiness experience.
• Regulatory & deal-structuring authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end M&A execution including origination, valuation, structuring, and negotiations for strategic targets.
• Architect deal perimeters and financial models for acquisitions and consolidation across regions (Singapore, HK, UAE).
• Secure regulatory approvals and manage transaction documentation with regulators and counsel.
• Align cross-functional workstreams with founders, PE sponsors, legal/tax teams, and executive management.
