Job summary

ScaleUp.SG in Singapore seeks a senior deal leader to own strategic M&A and corporate development for its restructuring and proposed IPO. The role requires building investor-grade models, negotiating complex transactions, and coordinating with founders, sponsors, regulators, and advisors.

You will drive cross-border deal structuring, ensure regulatory filings, and align multiple workstreams to position ScaleUp.SG for a potential public listing.

Qualifications

• Senior background in executing complex M&A and corporate restructurings.
• Experience with private equity- backed deals and cross-border transactions.
• Ability to build investor-grade financial models and memos.
• Familiarity with regulatory change-of-control filings and IFRS 3 accounting would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end M&A execution including origination, valuation, and negotiations for strategic targets.
• Architect deal perimeters and financial models across regional platforms.
• Lead regulatory approvals and manage transaction documentation (term sheets, SPAs, memos).
• Align cross-functional teams—founders, PE sponsors, legal, tax, and executives—to synchronize M&A, restructurings, and IPO readiness.
