Job summary

ScaleUp.SG is seeking a senior finance leader in Singapore to own reporting and execution for restructuring and an upcoming IPO. You will define the reporting perimeter, build audit-ready historical and pro forma financials, and lead the statutory audit process with auditors, Sponsor, and regulators.

You will architect a scalable reporting solution across a multi‑entity platform and drive governance, controls, and close discipline to support institutional investors and capital markets.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 advisory, or senior finance roles in multi‑entity setups.
• Experience building audit-ready financials and liaising with regulators and auditors.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into investor-grade narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory audit processes and work with accounting firms on ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Define reporting perimeters and prepare standalone, pro forma, and consolidated financials across entities.
• Draft and defend technical accounting memos on royalty revenue, transfer pricing, and consolidation.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and supporting schedules for financing scenarios.
• Own transfer pricing benchmarking and related‑party transaction documentation.
• Build pro forma financials for post-reorganisation structure and strengthen close controls.
• Coordinate across finance, legal, tax, and management to align restructuring and reporting.
