Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd seeks a commercially driven Group CFO to partner with the CEO in the next growth phase, including IPO preparation, M&A and regional expansion. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on oversight of the group finance function.

The CFO will advise the CEO and Board, manage funding and banking relationships, and drive governance, reporting and capital structure across multi-entity operations in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide strategic financial guidance while overseeing finance function.
• Experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent in multi-entity groups.
• Strong commercial mindset with hands-on, analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead group financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Act as key financial adviser to the CEO and Board.
• Lead IPO/listing readiness and coordinate with sponsors, auditors and lawyers.
• Manage banking relations, funding facilities and capital structure.
• Oversee M&A due diligence, structuring and integration.
• Strengthen controls, governance and management reporting.
• Monitor profitability, WIP, billing and working capital.
• Oversee group consolidation, audit, tax and statutory reporting.
• Improve finance systems, dashboards and processes.
• Build and lead a strong group finance team.
