Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced associate to support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions. You will help prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, marketing and valuation decks, and build complex financial models.

The role requires 3–5 years of M&A experience, preferably from an investment bank, with strong modelling, valuation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of M&A work experience, preferably with an investment bank.
• Experience with financial modelling, valuation and the creation of impactful presentation material.
• Experience with macroeconomic, industry and company research.

Responsibilities

• Assist origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions including mergers & acquisitions.
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, marketing and valuation decks.
• Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis.
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company research.
• Manage transaction due diligence processes, data rooms and communications with clients and diligence advisors on live execution.
• Guide and support the team's analysts on analyses and creation of presentation materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
