Job summary

The role requires overseeing policy development, process improvements, and vendor management while coordinating with internal stakeholders. The incumbent will drive warehouse and distribution operations, ensure safety and compliance, and mentor team members, with primary duties at Bishan Depot and periodic travel to

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Familiar with SAP, Maximo, or equivalent Management Information Systems.
• Process Improvement and Optimization.
• Customer Management (Level 4).
• Change Management (Level 4).
• Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of key inventory and warehouse performance metrics, turns, margin contributions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Warehouse Operations: plan end-to-end logistics and fulfilment, review storage layouts, ensure safe operations, maintain stock records.
• Drive Distribution Operations: plan resources for transport and reverse logistics, manage distribution nodes and fleet strategies.
• Drive Logistics Solutioning: review policies, develop end-to-end solutions, improve program management, assess risks.
• Drive Safety and Health Operations: enforce safety standards, lead WSH activities, manage risk assessments.
• Drive Business Continuous Improvement: review processes, mitigate risks, promote KAIZEN initiatives.
• Any other duties and projects assigned by Director/ Deputy Director Logistics.
