GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source and manage reagents, consumables, equipment, and services. You will onboard Singapore and international suppliers, resolve post-purchase issues, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA standards.

You will collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Finance to meet timelines, conduct supplier performance reviews, and support audit readiness in a dynamic biotech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related field as listed above.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (life sciences, pharma, CRO/CDMO, or lab equipment).
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Basic contract review and negotiation skills.
• Strong cross-cultural communication; liaises with global suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with CPSM/CIPS/CPPM or related certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure reagents, lab consumables, equipment, instruments, and services.
• Resolve after-sales issues in procurement processes.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard Singapore and international suppliers (life sciences).
• Conduct supplier performance reviews (quality, delivery, responsiveness, compliance).
• Analyze spend data and drive cost-saving through bulk purchasing or framework agreements.
• Streamline procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
• Partner with R&D, Production, Quality, and Finance to align with needs and timelines.
• Prepare procurement documentation for audits and compliance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Singapore regulations and industry standards (ISO/FDA).
• Mitigate contractual risks including IP, confidentiality, and liability clauses.
