Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Legal Associate to join a small team and provide legal and operational support across corporate, commercial and governance matters in a fast-paced energy sector environment.

You will assist with a range of commercial agreements, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers, and help maintain corporate records, monitor contract obligations, and support investment and project-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / energy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with NDAs, service agreements, tender and bidding documents, S&PP agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and operational support across corporate, commercial and governance matters.
• Support a range of commercial agreements and coordinate with stakeholders and external advisers.
• Maintain legal and corporate records and monitor contract obligations.
• Support investment and project-related legal documentation in a fast-paced environment.
