• Assist in internal project approval processes with legal support.
• Create and enforce policies related to compliance and ethics.

Job description

• Offer legal support for all legal issues, such as the creation of brownfield and greenfield projects, partnerships, and commercial contracts in the South East Asia region, as well as due diligence procedures.
• Assist with the internal project approval process by providing legal support (drafting legal memos, attending project review meetings, etc.) and making sure the projects adhere to all applicable policies.
• Creating and carrying out policies
• Address issues of compliance and ethics
• Make sure corporations are appropriately reporting on legal matters and exchanging knowledge within the legal line.
• Oversee the outside attorneys hired for specific projects.
• Reporting to the head of legal andresearch on laws
• To occasionally carry out tasks that are not listed above but are essential
• To the company's expansion and fulfillment of its needs.
