Qualifications

• 3–7 years PQE, preferably at a top-tier law firm or a high-growth tech startup.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to support China-based stakeholders.
• Curiosity about Bitcoin mining, blockchain, and hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sole internal point of contact for all legal matters.
• Conduct deep-dive legal research into Web3 and Bitcoin mining regulations.
