Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Physical Activity Ecosystem Partnerships to shape healthier lives. The role coordinates relationships across government, healthcare, community, industry and technology partners to advance shared activity priorities.

You will analyse population data, translate insights into action, and collaborate with product, IT, analytics and vendor teams to define requirements and drive implementations under a 2-year contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in public health, health promotion or related field; 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience facilitating multi-party discussions and translating ideas into actions.
• Analytical, data-driven and resident-centred approach to shape programmes.
• Experience with product, digital, IT, analytics and vendor teams to define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate ecosystem-wide conversations; translate alignment into roles, workplans and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to evolve resident physical activity journeys and referral pathways.
• Analyse population and programme data to identify needs, develop evidence-based recommendations and monitor outcomes.
• Work with product, digital, IT, analytics and vendor teams to translate requirements into business, technology and data needs.
