Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for the Physical Activity Ecosystem Partnerships. You will coordinate relationships across government, healthcare, community, industry and tech partners to advance shared physical activity priorities and outcomes.

You will plan ecosystem-wide conversations, translate alignments into concrete workplans, and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve resident activity journeys and referral pathways.

Qualifications

• Degree in public health or related field with 5–7 years in relevant areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience facilitating multi-party discussions and turning talk into actions.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with mixed methods insights.
• Ability to work with product, digital, IT, analytics and vendor teams to define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationships across government, healthcare, community, industry and technology partners to advance physical activity priorities.
• Plan ecosystem-wide conversations and translate alignments into roles, workplans and actions.
• Contribute to resident physical activity journeys, referral pathways and complementary programmes that improve access and inclusivity.
• Analyse population and programme data, stakeholder feedback to identify needs and gaps; develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Monitor outcomes and support implementation, adoption and managing dependencies and risks.
