Job summary

Continental is seeking a Sustainability Leader for Global SNR Governance to develop and maintain frameworks, align stakeholders, and translate global expectations into actionable guidelines. You will manage frameworks, engage with NGOs, regulators, and industry coalitions to shape standards and ensure transparent reporting.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, assurance processes, and supplier capability building, including GPSNR capacity building and ongoing sustainability KPI governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience representing organizations in international sustainability platforms or working groups (e.g., GPSNR).
• Technical skills in sustainability standards, assurance models, and risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SNR governance frameworks and policies.
• Represent Continental in GPSNR and shape sector-wide standards.
• Design and oversee SNR assurance processes and risk assessment methods.
• Engage suppliers, build capacity, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee NR sustainability KPI governance and reporting.
• Lead data collection, reporting cycles, and transparency initiatives.
• Develop carbon neutrality pathway and focus on GHG inventory management.
