Job summary

Fullerton Health is seeking a Senior Executive, Sustainability to drive the regional sustainability program, focusing on reporting, ESG data, key projects and Group-wide CSR initiatives across markets. The role requires strong sustainability knowledge, project ownership and meticulous stakeholder management, with collaboration across functions and markets.

Responsibilities include coordinating the annual Sustainability Report, consolidating data, supporting GRI/ISSB disclosures and tracking CSR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of sustainability experience.
• Knowledge of GRI and ISSB standards (IFRS S1/S2).
• Experience with sustainability data collection, consolidation and reporting.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual Group Sustainability Report, including data collection, stakeholder follow-ups and supporting documentation.
• Consolidate and review EESG data for completeness, consistency and traceability.
• Support sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements, including GRI, ISSB (IFRS S1 and IFRS S2) and relevant Singapore requirements.
• Manage assigned sustainability projects and stakeholder actions from planning through completion.
• Support sustainability-linked financing KPI/SPT tracking, data preparation and verification requirements in collaboration with Group Treasury/Finance and external advisors.
• Coordinate Group-level CSR programs and consolidate relevant CSR information from country markets for Group reporting.
