Job summary

MUIS is seeking a Senior Executive/Manager for Family Development to lead and oversee comprehensive family development initiatives across the One Mosque Sector. The role focuses on nurturing resilient Muslim families, leveraging partnerships with government agencies, religious bodies, and research institutions to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Social Work, Family Studies, Psychology or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage professional networks and lead teams.
• Experience in planning and implementing community-focused family development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead family development and empowerment programmes across multiple mosques and districts.
• Coordinate deployment of Family Development Officers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage programme evaluation to assess impact and outcomes of family initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government and community organisations.
