Job summary

MUIS is seeking a Senior Executive / Manager, Family Development to lead and oversee family development initiatives across mosques and districts, implementing evidence-based programs and engaging partners. Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Social Work, Family Studies, Community Development, Psychology or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in community and social work, family development and leadership roles.
• Experience in managing professional networks, programme management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of family support systems across mosques, including marriage enrichment, parenting programmes and family guidance services.
• Manage family evidence-based intervention programmes across multiple mosques and districts.
• Coordinate deployment of Family Development Officers (FDOs) and cross-functional teams in implementing family-centred programmes.
• Manage programme evaluation systems to measure effectiveness and impact of family initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with family-focused organisations and government bodies to maximise reach.
• Represent MUIS in family-related inter-agency committees and national family empowerment initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of Bersamamu 2.0 and other initiatives; develop and deploy Family Playbooks for mosques.
