Job summary

HPB Health Promotion Board in Singapore invites a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager to support planning, implementation and scaling of pre-frail programmes. You will help connect seniors to suitable lifestyle programmes and support upstream interventions that delay frailty.

As a core member of the Outreach team, you will coordinate programmes with healthcare clusters, AACs and community partners, leverage data insights, and drive continuous improvement to improve seniors’ health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of frailty prevention programmes.
• Plan and coordinate programme schedules, resources, and deployment at scale.
• Ensure operational readiness and consistency across all programme runs.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and delivery partners to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate programme delivery with community partners to expand reach.
