Job summary

National University Hospital is seeking a strategic professional to support Senior Management in Space Management, Infrastructure Planning, and related MOH liaison activities. The role contributes to future healthcare delivery by optimizing resources and aligning with national objectives.

The position encompasses space planning, high-cost technology reviews, new clinical services assessments, and agreement management, with opportunities to influence hospital-wide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good degree with minimum 3 years’ working experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive amidst rapid change.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in project coordination or management is advantageous.
• Healthcare experience and/or Architecture background may be an advantage but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Space Management and Planning: Review and manage space requests, develop long-term infrastructure plans, establish links with internal and external parties, and conduct strategic analyses.
• MOH Liaison: Review high-cost technology purchases and manage Capital Grant Projects.
• New Clinical Services Assessments: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and financially justify new services with quality, safety and governance considerations.
• Agreement Management: Ensure alignment with national, cluster and hospital strategies and compliant workflows.
• Secondary Responsibilities: Support ongoing strategic initiatives and perform tasks as assigned.
