Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Learning to lead planning, governance and delivery of NTUpreneur’s undergraduate programmes, including the Second Major in Entrepreneurship (SMiE) and Minor in Entrepreneurship (MiE).

The role maintains academic quality, ensures compliance with university policies, and drives curriculum enhancements through stakeholder alignment and process optimisation to support NTU’s strategic educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in academic administration, programme management, or higher education operations.
• Strong background in faculty coordination, curriculum development, and policy implementation.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with faculty, instructors, and administrators.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and academic management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Academic Planning and Programme Management for SMiE and MiE, including governance and policy alignment.
• Manage Academic Programme Operations: enrolments, progression, course administration, and course sites (NTULearn).
• Coordinate with OAS on candidature matters and outbound/inbound exchanges.
• Ensure Academic Governance & Policy Compliance with NTU guidelines and regulations.
• Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement with faculty, NTU administration, and external partners.
• Lead Process Improvement & Quality Assurance and drive curriculum reviews and teaching evaluations.
• Plan Publicity & Course Development with SED and academic leadership to boost enrolment and course offerings.
• Oversee Sub-team & Budget Planning, ensuring performance targets and reporting.
