Job summary

Sika Singapore is seeking a Key Account Manager (Distribution) to develop and manage strategic relationships with key distributors, retailers, dealers, and trade partners. You will be the primary commercial contact supporting Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical Service, and Product Management to drive growth and strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Relevant sales experience in construction materials is an added advantage.
• Track sales performance, market share, pipeline, and key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with decision makers including owners, directors, procurement managers, sales managers, and branch managers.
• Serve as the single point of contact between accounts and Sika.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement levels.
• Identify account risks and implement retention strategies.
• Lead pricing, discounts, promotions, and trading terms.
• Ensure profitability targets are achieved.
• Forecast sales and demand with customers.
• Monitor market pricing and competitors.
• Develop partnerships with major distributors and retail chains.
• Drive product visibility and store penetration.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability.
• Support customer training and product implementation.
