Job summary

SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD, a member of the Sika Group, is seeking a Key Account Manager (Distribution) to develop and manage strategic relationships with key distributors, retailers, dealers, and trade partners in Singapore.

You will be the primary commercial contact for designated accounts, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical Service, and Product Management to drive growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in construction materials would be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned key accounts.
• Build relationships with owners, directors, procurement managers, sales managers, and branch managers.
• Act as the single point of contact between accounts and Sika.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
• Drive sales growth and expand product penetration across the portfolio.
