Job summary

TEAMLEASE DIGITAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity solutions in a complex banking environment.

The role covers technical solution evaluation, project delivery, procurement, vendor management, governance, and operational readiness. You will drive project governance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across security, technology, infrastructure, risk, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• 6+ years of programme/project management experience in technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering or PMO.
• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity solutions end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture and engineering, with the ability to review designs and identify gaps.
• Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ, procurement and vendor management.
• Strong project governance, financial, risk and issue management skills.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Banking/financial-services or other regulated enterprise experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity solution evaluation, technical due diligence and architecture reviews.
• Gather and translate business and security requirements into technical and operational requirements.
• Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ activities, technical evaluations and vendor selection.
• Lead cybersecurity projects from planning and design through testing, deployment and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with security, technology, infrastructure, application, operations, risk, procurement and vendor teams.
• Manage third-party vendors and systems integrators, including deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Drive security testing, operational readiness, change management and service handover.
• Prepare project governance and Steering Committee reports and manage project financials.
