Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise applications or digital services.
• Experience in higher education or complex service environments.
• Experience managing the application lifecycle and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategy and multi-year roadmap for teaching and learning applications.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of application portfolio including modernization and retirement.
• Ensure availability, performance and security of critical teaching and academic apps.
• Collaborate with academic and technology teams to deliver digital solutions.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and budgets for service quality.
• Communicate technology options to senior stakeholders.
