Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery in Singapore. You will define functional specs, use cases, and test strategies, and collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into solutions.

You will drive SIT and UAT activities, manage risks, prepare user guides, and provide L2/L3 support on production incidents, working with large data sets and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coordination between business and IT teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience with SDLC and testing lifecycle.
• Experience writing test documents and performing functional tests.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• UI/UX familiarity with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Deliver artefacts such as test strategy and test cases.
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions with development teams.
• Prepare functional documentation and user guides.
• Plan, execute and support SIT and UAT testing.
• Identify and communicate risks to project stakeholders.
• Provide L2/L3 support on production incidents.
• Work with large data volumes and troubleshoot data issues.
• Coordinate testing and project planning with stakeholders.
