Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, working with business users, product owners, solution architects, developers and testing teams to ensure alignment across delivery.

You will analyse current processes, identify gaps, write detailed requirements, design functional flows, and support testing and implementation, with a focus on traceability, acceptance criteria and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to elicit and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements, process flows, and rules.
• Ability to translate high-level needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and reviews.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, clarification, and grooming sessions.
• Analyze high-level requirements, service journeys, and user stories.
• Break down requirements into detailed functional requirements and system behaviors.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and dependencies and maintain traceability.
• Develop and maintain Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and related docs.
• Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define integration requirements and data mappings with tech teams.
• Support QA, UAT, SIT, and post-implementation validation.
