HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency focused on translating organisational priorities into compelling narratives for employees and stakeholders. We seek a communications professional to conceptualise and execute audience-focused campaigns, develop clear narratives, and manage multi-channel engagement from planning to delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to plan townhalls, recruitment initiatives, and outreach events, coordinating content across email, intranet, video,

Competenze

• A recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, media, design or a related discipline.
• Experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, content, campaigns, events, employer branding or a related field.

Mansioni

• Conceptualise and execute audience-centred communications campaigns across multiple channels.
• Plan HTX townhalls, employee engagement activities, showcases, launches, recruitment programmes and outreach events.
• Coordinate content across email, intranet, enterprise social platforms, video, digital displays and live events.
• Collaborate with internal Comms, employer branding, content, digital, social media and mainstream media teams.
• Manage projects, stakeholders, budgets, timelines and approvals; escalate risks as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback for improvements.
