Formación

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or professional CA qualification with CIA certification; CISA or CFE certification is an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in construction or engineering services, with exposure to Big 4 firms
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (ACL, IDEA, Power BI, Tableau)
• Self-driven individual who adapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills with objective judgment
• Ability to influence and interact confidently with stakeholders, management, and multi-disciplinary staff
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with report writing and presentation abilities
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Meticulous and resourceful with initiative
• Leading by example with organizational and critical thinking skills
• Team player/leader while managing detailed technical work without losing sight of the big picture
• Maintain integrity and professional standards with continuous professional development

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end audit cycle for multiple assignments, including outsourced auditors
• Lead planning of internal audit projects and design audit programs and tests to assess controls and compliance
• Provide guidance to audit team on reviewing control procedures, risk matrices, and data analytics
• Ensure proper audit evidence and documentation per internal audit standards
• Evaluate effectiveness of business processes to identify risks and deficiencies
• Recommend business-focused solutions to mitigate risks and improve governance and efficiency
• Maintain documentation of findings and follow up with business units for timely resolutions
• Ensure comprehensive audit reports are prepared for management review
• Conduct presentations to Management, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors
