Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd is a leading township and estate management company in Singapore with over 35 years of experience in managing residential, commercial and public-use properties. This role supports planning and execution of internal audits, leveraging data analytics to identify issues and trends.

You will assist in audit program design, perform fieldwork, document evidence, and help prepare findings and management responses to strengthen controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA and/or CFE would be an advantage.
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in internal audit, preferably in construction or engineering services industries.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data for planning audit engagements.
• Support Team Leader to design and apply data analytics techniques (Excel, ACL, Tableau).
• Assist in designing audit programs including procedures and tests.
• Perform internal audit work and gather evidence.
• Assist in evaluating business processes and internal controls for governance and regulatory compliance.
• Document audit work and present findings with root causes and recommendations.
• Assist in closing meetings and finalising audit findings and reports.
• Track issues and monitor management action plans.
• Assist in developing the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
