Job summary

EVOLVX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to support the founder across client programmes, business development, and strategic initiatives including partnerships, joint ventures, and international projects.

You will manage innovation programmes end-to-end, prepare proposals and reports, conduct market and competitive research, and help validate ventures. English and Mandarin communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills with a track record of project delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with client-facing experience.
• Commercially minded, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in producing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Ability to create and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage innovation programmes and advisory engagements from planning through delivery to achieve client objectives.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, project plans, and client reports to support business development and programme execution.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and internationalisation research to inform strategic decisions and venture validation.
• Support venture validation, business-case development, and commercialisation to drive successful project outcomes.
• Develop prospective clients and partners by managing the pipeline and coordinating timely follow-ups to expand business opportunities.
• Support partnerships, joint ventures, and market-entry projects by coordinating activities and aligning stakeholder goals.
• Use generative AI and productivity tools to enhance research, analysis, content creation, and programme delivery efficiency.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, interviews, and programme content using tools such as Canva and CapCut to engage target audiences.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track deliverables, risks, and actions to ensure project milestones are met and risks mitigated.
