Job summary

The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is seeking an Executive Officer to support the Global Ventures team with operational and administrative duties. You will assist with research, due diligence materials, and meeting preparations for founders, investors, and partners.

This role emphasizes process improvements, document control, and cross‑team coordination, requiring strong English and Mandarin, and prior experience coordinating schedules for senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced government environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support and conduct research for the team.
• Assist senior members in meetings with companies and investors by preparing materials.
• Monitor submissions and review documents per internal guidelines.
• Manage performance data, incentive reporting, and data/document control.
• Coordinate calendars and events, logistics for meetings and travel.
• Support continuity planning and other operations duties as needed.
