Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in life sciences or related field.
• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical business, processes and activities.
• Experience leading multi-national, cross-functional project teams of senior professionals.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, execution and governance of Transform Care partnerships with ecosystem partners.
• Develop strategies to expand Singapore clinical trials pipeline.
• Provide clinical development expertise for the country; validate study designs; support startup phase.
• Leverage networks to build ecosystem partnerships and increase trial activity.
• Lead externalisation input into Transform Care projects with cross-functional support.
• Manage relationships with potential partners professionally.
• Collaborate to adapt to different project routes and timelines.
• Ensure evaluations are detailed with risk assessment.
• Prepare and present project and pipeline propositions to senior governance bodies.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal teams.
