STATS CHIPPAC MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Infrastructure & Security Senior/Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity governance, vendor management, and technology projects across multiple sites.

You will ensure stable and secure IT operations, drive initiatives, coordinate with regional and global IT teams, and support customer security requirements and audits.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing infrastructure services, vendors, and security governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is an advantage.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and customer security requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee regional IT infrastructure operations and infrastructure service providers.
• Lead infrastructure and security projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, vulnerability management, security assessments, and incident coordination.
• Manage IT vendors, telecom services, contracts, and service-level performance.
• Support customer security requirements, audits, compliance assessments, and certifications.
• Drive infrastructure standardization and best practices across multiple sites.
• Review infrastructure and security architecture, changes, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
