Job summary

R Systems is a global technology and analytics leader seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive cybersecurity program delivery across cloud, network, and identity management domains. You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, risk, procurement and vendor teams to translate objectives into concrete requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
8+ years of program or project management experience within a technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering or PMO environment.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including evaluation, design, build, testing, deployment and operationalisation.
Sufficient technical depth to understand cybersecurity architecture and engineering designs, engage SMEs, identify design gaps and challenge approaches.
Experience managing RFI, RFP or RFQ processes from requirements through evaluation, negotiation, award and finalisation.
Experience managing third-party vendors, SI partners and professional-services engagements, including deliverables and commercial dependencies.
Strong governance, financial management, risk/issue management, change control and executive reporting.
Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and solutioning workshops with Security Architecture, Security Engineering, infrastructure, operations, risk, procurement and vendor teams.
Translate business and security objectives into clear functional, technical, operational, integration, resilience and non-functional requirements.
Understand and critically review proposed solution architectures, data flows, interfaces, deployment models and security controls.
Constructively challenge design assumptions, vendor recommendations, scope boundaries and implementation approaches.
Ensure proposals address scalability, availability, resilience, security, integration, logging, access control and data protection.
Drive technical decisions to closure with clear rationale and endorsements.
Identify opportunities to reuse Bank capabilities before introducing new tech and highlight risks.
Plan and govern feasibility studies, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations with measurable criteria.
